Shipping conditions
The shipment will be made through the GLS transport company, and the amount will be €7.50. The amount will be informed at all times, and there will be the possibility of free shipping if the total amount of the order exceeds €75.
Return conditions
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of placing the order. The articles must come in your bag as well as keep all the labels and be in perfect condition. Only the same items and with the same price can be exchanged, for different prices or garments the amount paid for the item will be refunded and the customer will have to place a new order.
If you need to change any item of our school uniform, please send an email to dukeseducation@euredatextil.com indicating the items you want to change and the new sizes.
Returns must be requested through the website by entering your order. Once the return has been accepted, take your garments to the school in a bag with your name on it. Please note that the garments must come in their bag without writing or sticking anything on them, with the labels on and unmarked.
There are two options to proceed with the return of the articles:
1. Home delivery:
A courier from the transport company will come to collect the garments, as well as to deliver the new ones if necessary.
If the product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, the delivery and replacement of the product will not be charged. If, on the other hand, it is a return of a product that for any other reason is not desired, the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping the material to the factory. The amount of the return will be charged by the courier of the transport company at the time of delivery to the customer's home.
When it is an exchange, this amount will be collected by the courier from the transport company at the time of delivery/collection at your address. Payment must always be made in cash, so please have the exact amount ready. If it is only a return, you must first contact us to request the account number and transfer the amount to us. Once we have received it, we will request the courier.
Costs of the return service from the address:
- For size exchange: 12,60€ (total cost per order, not per garment).
- For return of garment: 8€.
- For defective garment: 0€.
2. From the school secretary's office:
Once the mail has been sent, the items must be returned to the school with the student to be handed over to our administrative team before Wednesday. Any changes that have been requested will be given to the student to be delivered home the following week, to ensure that health and safety regulations are respected.

Terms of payment
Payment by credit card is available for the most common Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. In addition, it is possible to pay through PayPal, for which the client must have an active account on the platform and have credit on it.
