Shipping conditions

Shipping will be made by the transport company GLS and the amount will be 5,10€. The amount will be informed at all times and there will be the possibility of free shipping if the total amount of the order exceeds 75 euros.

Conditions for exchanges and returns

Exchanges or returns must be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the order has been placed. Items must come in your bag as well as retain all tags and be in perfect condition. Only the same items with the same price can be exchanged, for different prices or garments the amount paid for the item will be refunded and the customer will have to place a new order. 

If you need to exchange any item of our school uniform, please send an email to joyfe@euredatextil.com indicating the items you wish to exchange and the new sizes.

Returns must be requested through the website by logging into your order. Once the return has been accepted, please take your garments to school in a bag with your name on it. Please note that the garments must come in their bag without writing or sticking anything on them, with the labels on and unmarked.

There are two options to proceed to the exchange or return of the articles:

1. Address:

A courier of the transport company will come to deliver the new garments requested, as well as to pick up the garments to be exchanged.

If there is a return of the product due to a manufacturing defect, the delivery and replacement of the product will not be charged. If, on the other hand, it is a return of a product that for any other reason is not desired, the customer will be charged for the cost of sending the article to the factory.

The amount of the exchange or return will be charged in cash by the courier of the transport company at the time of delivery/collection at the customer's home.

Costs of the service at home:

For size change: 11€ (total cost per order, not per garment)

For return of garment: 5,10€

For defective garment: 0€

2. From the school secretary's office:

Once the email has been sent, the items must be taken to the school secretary's office during the Shop's opening hours in a bag with your name on it. You will then be able to collect the change you have requested in the same way.

Friday:

From 8:00 to 9:30 h

From 16:30 to 17:30 h

Payment conditions

Payment by credit card is available for the most common Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. It is also possible to pay via Paypal, for which the customer must have an active account on the platform and have credit on the platform.
