Shipping conditions
The shipment will be made through the GLS transport company, and the amount will be €6.90. The amount will be informed at all times, and there will be the possibility of free shipping if the total amount of the order exceeds 75 euros.
Return conditions
Returns must be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the order has been placed. The items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition.
There are two options to proceed with the return of the articles:
1. At home:
If you need to return any item of our school uniform, please send an email to iepgroup@euredatextil.com indicating the items to be exchanged.
A courier from the transport company will come by to deliver the new items requested for exchange, as well as to pick up the items to be exchanged. If there is a return of the product due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping and replacement of the product will not be charged. If, on the other hand, it is a return of a product that for any other reason is not desired, the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping the material to the factory.
The amount of the return will be charged by the courier of the transport company at the time of delivery at home.
Costs of the return service from the address:
- For size exchange: 10€ (total cost per order, not per garment).
- For return of garment: 5€.
- For defective garment: 0€.
2. From the school secretary's office:
If you need to return any item of our school uniform, please send an email to the email address iepgroup@euredatextil.com indicating the items to be exchanged.
Once the email has been sent to the online company, the items should be returned to the school with the student for delivery to our administrative team on Wednesdays. The exchanges that have been requested will be delivered to the student to be delivered home the following week, to ensure that safety and health regulations are respected.
Return service costs from the center: No cost
Terms of payment
Payment by credit card is available for the most common Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. In addition, it is possible to pay through Paypal, for which the client must have an active account on the platform and have credit on it.
