Shipping conditions

The shipment will be made by the transport company GLS, and the amount will depend on the geography and the estimated delivery times, which can be selected by the customer. At all times will be informed of the amount of the same, and there will be the possibility of free shipping if the total amount of the order exceeds 75 euros.

Return conditions

Returns must be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the order has been placed.

1. At home:

To make a return from your home, please send an email to the address aquinas@euredatextil.com indicating the items to be exchanged.

A courier from the transport company will come to deliver the new garments requested for exchange, as well as to pick up the garments to be exchanged.

If there is a return of the product due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping and replacement of the product will not be charged. If, on the other hand, it is a return of a product that for any other reason is not desired, the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping the material to the factory. The amount of the return will be charged by the courier of the transport company at the time of delivery at home.

Costs of the return service from the home address:

• For size exchange: 10€ (total cost per shipment, not per garment)
• For return of garment: 5€
• For defective garment: 0€

2. To the school:

To make a return from the center, please send an email to the address aquinas@euredatextil.com indicating the items to be exchanged

Once the email has been sent, the items to be returned must be taken to the center's secretary's office on Mondays, after which you will be able to pick up the items you have requested on Mondays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Costs for the return to the school:

Terms of payment

Payment by credit card is available for the most common credit cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express. It is also possible to pay through Paypal, for which the customer must have an active account on the platform and have credit on it.
